WHAT IS OUR PROCESS?
3N2 Game Gear utilizes 100% Full Custom Cut-N-Sew Sublimation. This allows us to control the process and creation. The process will begin with customers reaching out to 3N2GG providing general or specific ideas on designs. 3N2GG will respond within 48-72 hours with a digital 2D mock-up. After receiving the mock-up customers can ask for changes (up to 3) for no charge. Once the design is finalized, your 3N2GG representative will request sign off, payment in full and production will begin. Production of 4-6 weeks upon payment and order sign off is required. Rush orders are not available currently.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR MOCK-UPS?
3N2GG requires a $50 charge for mock-up creation. This fee is non-refundable and covers exclusive 3N2GG design. The charge does not cover custom logo creation which is a separate fee. All payment is required upfront, in order to start design. Your 3N2GG representative will collect payment and instructions for mock-ups. Mock-ups will be available 48-72 hours after payment is received.
ARE THE JERSEY’S CUSTOM?
Yes, every single jersey 3N2GG makes is 100% Custom. This allows us to provide individual personalization for no additional charge.
CAN WE MATCH DESIGNS?
Yes, for an artwork fee of $50, 3N2GG can match any designs previously made. The designs are limited to having the proper resolution. Vector files (.AI/.PDF/.EPS) are always preferred and will avoid additional design charges.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF JERSEYS I CAN ORDER?
3N2GG requires a minimum of 6 Jerseys per order. Currently, we do not accept orders less than 6. If an order is submitted and add-ons are required, 3N2GG can allow a minimum of 3 pieces only on add-on orders.
CAN I ORDER 1 PIECE?
No, at this time 3N2GG does not offer 1-piece production. Our MOQ or minimum order quantity is 6.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
3N2GG Requires 4-6 weeks of production. This “clock” starts after signing off, and 100% payment is received. Only if 100% payment is received and signed off, will the order start. You can check-on production anytime through the process, by contacting your 3N2GG representative.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE WITH GAMER TAG AND NUMBER?
Yes, part of our 100% Full Custom process, allows us to provide individual player personalization, such as names, numbers and gamer tags. This is provided at NO extra charge.
HOW DOES THE MOCK-UP PROCESS WORK?
After discussing pricing and turn around with your representative, the next step is the mock-up process. 3N2GG charges a design fee of $50 (non-refundable) for all mock-ups to begin. Once payment is received, we recommend e-mailing all the information related to what you are looking for to your account representative. Information should include:
Pattern
Team Colors
Team Name
Personalization needed (Game Tag, Player Number, player name etc)
Any assets that can be provided (Team Logo, Example of design you are looking for)
Reminder: Any logos received not in Vector Format (.AI/.PDF/.EPS) might be assessed an artwork fee. Artwork fees are based on per hour design and start at $50 per hour.

DO WE OFFER FREE LOGO DESIGN?
3N2GG requires a mock-up fee of $50. That includes standard logo design. For example, if your team name is “Team Alpha”, 3N2GG will mock-up a logo with “Team Alpha” on the front in a standard font. If you are looking for something more custom, artwork fees will apply.

3N2 Game Gear was derived from our sister company 3N2 Sports. Specializing in Custom Uniform production for sports teams, allows us to provide the best quality of production for the Esports community. We import specialized inks from Italy, to provide the most vibrant color effects that can be printed on material. Our revolutionary process for production allows us to have unlimited capacity at any given time. Our knowledge from producing sports uniforms propels us in the world of Esports by bringing the technologies from the field to the arena. Please see below video for printing demonstration.
WHAT ARE ACCEPTABLE ARTWORK FORMATS?
The only acceptable artwork format for logos is vector (.AI/.EPS/.PDF). JPG’s or PNG’s can be utilized, however additional art charges may apply if images are not usable.
DO YOU OFFER PLAYER OR TEAM SPONSORSHIPS?
We do NOT currently offer Player or Team Sponsorships. We recommend signing up for our newsletter for future opportunities.
HOW MUCH DO THE UNIFORMS COST?
Standard Jersey cost ranges from $29.99 - $54.99. Cost depends on the quantity. For more information please place contact us request. The cost above does not include artwork fees or mock-up fees. Sales Tax and shipping costs are NOT included.
CAN WE ADD SPONSOR LOGO’S?
Yes, sponsor logos can be included. Logo’s are included at no additional charge if they are provided in the Vector format required. If logos are provided in JPG or PNG and deemed not a usable resolution, we will require an additional fee.
DO YOU OFFER SAMPLE JERSEYS?
We are NOT able to provide custom sample jerseys prior to production. 3N2GG does have a plethora of production jerseys we can send as samples to examine fabric and production quality. We charge a fee of $20 to receive a sample. This includes shipping and can be returned for a full refund. Simply request a sample from your 3NGG representative.
HOW IS PAYMENT HANDLED?
All orders require 100% Payment in full, prior to production start. 3N2GG does not offer Terms or deposit payments. 3N2 accepts Paypal or Credit Card only. Personal checks are not accepted.
WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?
All orders ship from Maitland, FL 32751. Our preferred carrier is FedEx. Typical transit times vary based on location between 3-5 Business Days. Transit time is NOT Included in our standard 4-6 weeks production time.
